Cancellation Policy
Hair by Fel requires a credit card number to reserve your appointment. I understand busy schedules and different circumstances can not be avoided so I am happy to cancel your appointment with 48 hours notice. If any cancellation is made with less than 48 hours notice you will be charged 50% of the service fee. No-show appointments are subject to charge in the full amount. If you are more than 10 minutes late to an appointment, I will not be able to perform the service that day. You will have to reschedule to another time. I ask that you respect my time as I respect yours! Thank you.
